Terms of Service for Appliance Diagnostic and Repairs LLC
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the relationship between Appliance Diagnostic and Repairs LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the client (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) regarding the provision of household and commercial appliance repair services.
1.2. By requesting services from the Company, the Client confirms their agreement with these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
2.1. The Company provides the following services:
- Diagnosis of appliance malfunctions.
- Repair and maintenance of household and commercial appliances.
- Installation and connection of appliances.
- Consultations on appliance operation and care.
3. Service Provision Procedure
3.1. The Client may submit a service request through the Company’s website, by phone, SMS, or other available means.
3.2. After receiving a request, a Company representative contacts the Client to confirm details and schedule a technician’s visit.
3.3. The technician performs a diagnostic and informs the Client of the identified issues, costs, and estimated repair time.
3.4. Repair work begins only after the Client agrees to the proposed conditions.
4. Service Costs and Payment
4.1. Service costs are based on the Company’s price list and depend on the type and complexity of the work.
4.2. Payment is made in cash or via non-cash methods after the completion of work, unless otherwise agreed.
4.3. Deposits paid by the Client are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or refusal of repair. If a deposit is made, 50% of the deposit amount is non-refundable.
4.4. If the Client has fully paid for the repair but later decides not to proceed, 50% of the total payment will be non-refundable.
5. Warranty
5.1. The Company provides a 90-day warranty on completed work and installed parts.
5.2. The warranty does not cover:
- Improper use or violation of operating instructions by the Client.
- Damage caused by external factors (power surges, flooding, etc.).
- Self-repair attempts or third-party interference after the Company’s service.
- Physical damage occurring after the service.
6. Responsibilities of the Parties
6.1. The Company is responsible for performing services in a timely and professional manner, in accordance with these Terms.
6.2. The Client agrees to provide accurate information regarding the appliance and to follow the Company’s recommendations for operation and maintenance.
7. Confidentiality
7.1. The Company will not disclose the Client’s personal data to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
8. SMS Communication Consent
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Appliance Diagnostic and Repairs LLC regarding appointment confirmations, scheduling, service updates, and invoices.

- Message frequency may vary.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

- SMS consent will not be shared with third parties.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon publication on the Company’s website.
9.2. Any matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
